Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Moon or Rekt (“we”, “the App”) handles information when you use the Moon or Rekt mobile app.
1. What this App is
Moon or Rekt is an entertainment / trading-arcade app. In-app balances and game results are for play. Connecting a wallet identifies your account. We do not ask for and do not want your seed phrase or private keys.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide or create by using the App:
- Public wallet address
- Signatures you approve to prove you control that wallet and to confirm in-app actions
- Game account data, such as simulated balances, holdings, trades, missions, points, cases, referrals, promo redemptions, equipped avatar, language preference, and rumor or airdrop progress
- Optional display name such as a .skr domain if we can resolve one
Information collected automatically:
- Basic device and app information needed to run the App (for example app version and crash/debug logs, if enabled)
- Approximate time of actions (for example login or claim time)
We do not collect:
- Seed phrases or private keys
- Government ID or KYC documents
- Payment card numbers
- Precise location (unless the device/OS provides it without us requesting it for this App)
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and operate your game account
- Process in-app trades, missions, rumors, referrals, and promo codes
- Show rankings and avatars
- Check eligibility for features (for example whether a wallet holds a Seeker Genesis Token on Solana mainnet)
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug problems
- Comply with law if required
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We use service providers to run the App, including:
- Hosting and database (currently Supabase)
- Blockchain RPC / data providers (for example Helius) to read public chain data such as token holdings
- Public news feeds that the App may cache and display
Those providers process data on our behalf to provide the service. Public chain activity you perform outside the App is already public on Solana.
Leaderboards may show a display name (such as a .skr name or a shortened wallet address), avatar, and in-app net worth.
5. Retention
We keep account and game data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
6. Deletion
You may request deletion of your App account and associated game data by emailing contact@moonorrekt.app from a way we can reasonably link to your wallet, or through an in-app delete option if we provide one.
We may keep limited records if we must, for example to prevent fraud or to comply with law. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as defined by applicable law. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect game account data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for your wallet and device.
9. International use
The App may be used from different countries. Your information may be processed where our providers operate. You are responsible for using the App in line with laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version in the App or on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
