These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Moon or Rekt, including the mobile app and related services (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Moon or Rekt is

Moon or Rekt is an entertainment product and trading-themed arcade. It may include simulated balances, simulated token trading, missions, airdrop-style tasks, cases, rumors, news feeds, rankings, avatars, referrals, and promo codes.

In-app balances (including USDT and other displayed tokens) are game credits for play. They are not bank deposits, not real-world cash, and not a promise that you can withdraw them as real money from us.

Connecting a wallet is used to identify you and to sign in-app actions. Unless we clearly say otherwise in a future update, in-app trades and rewards are recorded in our game systems and are not on-chain settlement of real assets in this economy.

Nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility and local laws

You must be at least 13+ years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher.

The App may be available in more than one country. We do not represent that the App is lawful or appropriate everywhere. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including laws about crypto, games, and online services.

3. Wallet and account

You are responsible for your wallet, device, and all activity under your connected wallet. We do not custody your real-world crypto or seed phrase, and we cannot recover lost wallet access.

If you connect a wallet, you represent that you are authorized to use that wallet.

4. Simulated markets, rumors, and risk

Some prices shown in the App may reference or resemble live market data. That is for atmosphere and play. It does not mean your in-app positions are real exchange orders.

Rumors, missions, cases, airdrops, and “NFT” style items in the App are fictional or simulated game features. Rumor outcomes are resolved by the App’s own rules (including chance). They are not real insider information and not a prediction of any real market.

You can lose in-app balances through play. Results in the App do not guarantee future results.

5. News and third-party content

The App may show headlines or links from public or third-party sources. We do not control those sources, do not guarantee they are accurate or complete, and do not endorse them as trading signals.

7. Promotions, referrals, and rewards

Referral rewards, promo codes, points, and cases are promotional game benefits. We may change, cap, delay, or end them. They have no cash value unless we expressly say so.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version in the App or on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICES, NEWS, OR GAME DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost in-app balances, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge for entertainment, we do not accept liability for in-app balances, game outcomes, or market-like data.
